Responsibilities
You will operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, move, and stock recycled materials within a fast-paced facility. Additionally, you will inspect materials for quality and assist with general labour tasks to support the operations team.
Requirements
The role requires at least 4 years of experience operating a counterbalance forklift and the ability to work in an industrial environment. Candidates should possess good English communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry.
Shifts: Continental Day 7:00am to 7:00pm; Continental Night 7:00pm to 7:00am; Afternoon 3:00pm to 11:30pm & Night 11:00pm to 7:30am
Pay Rate: from $20 and up based upon experience and qualification
The salary range shown above reflects the expected compensation for this position. The final salary offered will be determined based on a holistic assessment of the candidate’s experience, education, training, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

Job Summary
Working in a team environment, you will be involved with the shipping, receiving and processing of recycled material.
Key Responsibilities
Use a Counterbalance forklift to load and unload trucks
Use a Counterbalance forklift to move and stock material
Experience with Clamp experience is an asset
Inspect Material for Quality
Upgrade material, to provide a higher profit value
Be an extra helping hand with all general labour requirements
Demonstrate attention to detail
Work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Qualifications
Previous experience in an industrial facility is an asset
4+ Years of Counterbalance experience
Good English communication skills
Posses the desire and ability to learn
