SPAR Canada is seeking experienced Team Leads for our Remodels projects!
Job Description:
SPAR Canada is seeking an experienced Team Lead to support a major retailer’s store reset projects. The Team Lead would be responsible for leading installation and merchandising teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
We are looking for leaders who are hands-on, organized, self-motivated, and capable of driving high-quality results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements:
Must have retail project leadership experience in remodels, resets, fixture installation, merchandising, or store reconfiguration
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to guide teams, assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain project quality
Skilled in reviewing project plans and ensuring work is completed accurately, safely, and according to layout specifications
Experience with fixture installation, store reconfigurations, and fixture moves using Fourmi’s and Scorpion’s systems, are mandatory
Willingness to travel for project assignments, including up to four consecutive weeks where required. Company-paid accommodation will be provided for eligible travel projects
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, where applicable
Personal mobile phone and valid email address required
Professional, customer-focused attitude
Compensation
$24-$26/hour, 8 hour shifts, 40 hours a week.
