The Estimating Manager leads a team of estimators to ensure the preparation of accurate and competitive quantity takeoffs. They are responsible for standardizing estimating methods and aligning estimates with execution across business development and operations teams.
Requires a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology and Construction Management with at least 5 years of estimating experience in construction and manufacturing. Preference is given to candidates with 2+ years of supervisory experience and knowledge of facade systems.

About The Role
Reports directly to the Director of Estimating on all matters regarding projects. The Estimating Manager oversees daily operations of Estimators and ensures preparation of accurate, competitive and quantity takeoffs.
