The Field Service Technician provides onsite commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair services for dry ice production and blasting equipment. They are responsible for performing preventive maintenance and training customers on equipment operation and upkeep.
Requires an associate degree in a technical field or equivalent training and at least five years of experience with electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Candidates must be able to travel 70-80% of the time and possess strong PLC/HMI troubleshooting skills.

The Field Service Technician is responsible for ensuring users of our equipment are satisfied with its performance by providing prompt onsite or in-depot service by performing commissioning, troubleshooting repair service, and training support on dry ice production equipment, dry ice blasting machines, and engineered systems at customer facilities throughout their region (Ohio).
