The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, furnishings, and property. They implement a facility-wide maintenance program to ensure the safety and well-being of residents, staff, and visitors.
Candidates should have a thorough understanding of maintenance best practices and a valid State of Indiana driver's license. A high school diploma or technical schooling in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical fields is preferred.
