The instructor is responsible for delivering welding courses, creating a positive learning environment, and managing student records and assessments. They must develop lesson plans and ensure all safety procedures are implemented in labs and classrooms.
Candidates must possess strong working knowledge of various welding technologies and meet specific faculty credentials. Proficiency in multiple welding processes and the ability to interpret technical documentation are required.
