Lead plant maintenance technicians in executing predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and safety. Manage maintenance workflows, mentor technical staff, and coordinate with suppliers to minimize unplanned downtime.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED, with an Associate's Degree in Mechatronics or a technical field preferred. Candidates must have 5-10 years of maintenance experience in high-speed manufacturing and expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

The Maintenance Supervisor leads the plant maintenance technicians in predictive/preventive and reactive maintenance to ensure the reliability, performance, and safe operation of all production and utility equipment. Key responsibilities are to minimize unplanned downtime and support continuous production to driving the plant’s operational objectives.
