The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance function at the Minto site to ensure equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently. This role involves managing the maintenance team, optimizing maintenance costs, and coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
Candidates must possess a relevant Engineering degree, trade qualification, or equivalent technical certification. The role requires at least 7 years of maintenance or engineering experience, including 5 years in a leadership capacity within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

About the Role
As Maintenance Manager at Interface, you will lead the maintenance function at our Minto site, ensuring equipment, machinery, and facilities operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. You'll oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities, coordinate resources, and work closely with operations teams to minimise downtime and support production targets.
This role is key to driving asset performance, workforce productivity, and continuous improvement across the site.
