The welder/fitter will operate welding and fabrication equipment while fitting complex parts for inspection and final welding. They are also responsible for maintaining production flow, adhering to lean manufacturing practices, and ensuring quality documentation.
Candidates must have MIG welding experience with various materials and the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints. A high school diploma combined with technical trade school training or relevant welding certifications is required.
