Overview
HENNGE K.K., driven by the vision of "Liberation of Technology," is an IT company that develops and provides various in-house IT services, including "HENNGE One," the No. 1 security SaaS service in Japan by market share.
The Productivity Section is a team that supports engineers within the development division to thrive. The section involves various tasks within the division, such as planning and operating internal events, as well as handling a wide range of responsibilities like engineer recruitment, onboarding, and education.
In this position, you will start by assisting with planning and operating internal events and supporting data management within the department. As you progress, we expect an active involvement in expanding internal content for engineers and contributing to the planning and development of events.
While most communication within the development team is conducted in English, this position requires Business level Japanese. If you have an interest in English and want to work while learning and applying it, this is the perfect environment for you! We welcome applications from individuals who are enthusiastic about working together to explore work processes and actively propose ideas and suggestions for improving our operations.

Learning and growth at HENNGE
Learn While Working in a Global Environment: While communication within the development team is mostly in English, this position also heavily utilizes Japanese. This is a great place to practically improve your language skills.
Cultivate Your Independence and Creativity: We encourage you to think proactively and pitch your own ideas. By stepping up to improve workflows and plan events, you will build valuable project management skills and learn how to drive initiatives forward on your own.
Gain Hands-On Experience in the Tech Team: Supporting the development will help you learn what it takes to build and sustain a successful tech team. You will gain real-world experience in team operations, having directly impacted the engineers behind Japan’s leading SaaS product.
Required Qualifications
Japanese Requirements: Business-level (at least JLPT N2). Ability to read and write business emails, communicate verbally, and understand business documents in Japanese (with some assistance if needed).
