The Electrical Engineer is responsible for sustaining engineering activities, including maintaining existing products and supporting manufacturing operations. Key duties involve troubleshooting product issues, implementing engineering changes, and designing PCBAs using Altium Designer.
A Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering is required, with a preference for at least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Altium Designer and experience with engineering change management processes (NPI, ECR, ECO) are essential.

Position Summary
IPS Group is seeking a well-rounded Electrical Engineer to support Manufacturing and Operations through Sustaining Engineering activities. This role is responsible for maintaining and improving existing products, supporting manufacturing operations, troubleshooting product issues, implementing engineering changes, and contributing to new product introductions.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in schematic capture and PCB design using Altium Designer, component selection, root cause analysis, manufacturing support, and product lifecycle management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to participate in the full engineering process, from concept validation through mass production support.
