The Senior Business Analyst leads the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of complex business requirements while translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. They also facilitate backlog refinement, model business processes, and mentor junior analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
Candidates must have 7+ years of business analysis experience on IT programs and be U.S. citizens capable of obtaining a government clearance. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment are required.
