The Engineering Technician will support the engineering team by building, diagnosing, and repairing PCBs and electro-mechanical systems. They are responsible for creating assembly documentation, maintaining test stations, and providing cross-functional technical support across the company.
Candidates should have experience in R&D to production environments, including PCB rework and mechanical prototype fabrication. Proficiency with test equipment, PCB schematics, and software tools like SolidWorks and Altium is required.

As an Engineering Technician at Hellbender, you are the main point of contact for the engineering team, providing support to engineers from multiple disciplines and departments. You will be supporting the development and testing of products, prototypes, support equipment, as well as test environments with an emphasis on Electro-mechanical systems. This role requires technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electromechanical systems and experience in debugging. United States veteran and diverse candidates are encouraged to apply at any experience level.
This will be a hourly, non-exempt position. Compensation to be discussed relative to experience and abilities.

Our current investments include an SMT pick and place line, robotic work cells, camera focus, sensor calibration, and light machining.
