Partner with technology, infrastructure, operations, finance, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful program execution and delivery outcomes.
Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees, executive reviews, decision-making frameworks, and escalation processes.
Develop integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps across multiple teams and workstreams.
Facilitate enterprise planning, estimation, prioritization, and sequencing activities while aligning initiatives with business objectives and resource availability.
Drive scope definition, requirements alignment, trade-off discussions, and delivery commitments across stakeholders and leadership teams.
Manage program schedules, capacity planning, resource allocation, and interdependencies to ensure successful execution.
Track and report program performance, delivery health, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and capacity metrics using approved portfolio and project management tools.
Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status communications that provide transparency into program progress and outcomes.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program, operational, and delivery risks while driving timely issue resolution and recovery planning.
Own and manage change control processes, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and resource impacts are properly evaluated, approved, documented, and communicated.
Facilitate cross-functional program synchronization meetings and governance forums to drive alignment and accountability.
Drive delivery excellence through consistent execution standards, governance practices, reporting structures, and operational discipline.
Contribute to the development and maturity of PMO methodologies, delivery frameworks, templates, playbooks, and best practices.
Monitor resource utilization, staffing needs, and team capacity across internal teams and external vendors, recommending solutions to address delivery constraints.
Forecast hiring, staffing, and vendor resource requirements necessary to support program objectives and delivery commitments.
Lead and mentor delivery teams by establishing clear expectations, fostering accountability, and supporting professional growth and development.
Own financial management activities for assigned programs, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, spend tracking, and benefits realization.
Partner with Finance and executive leadership to ensure financial transparency, effective investment management, and value realization.
Ensure program compliance with applicable organizational, regulatory, and technology governance requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders while serving as a trusted advisor and delivery partner.
Support organizational transformation initiatives, technology modernization efforts, and strategic programs that drive business growth and operational effectiveness.
