Design and develop control algorithms and firmware for optical amplifier modules and transport subsystems. Provide technical leadership by coaching junior engineers and supporting NPI, manufacturing, and legacy product bug fixes.
Requires a university degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 8+ years of experience in embedded real-time control systems. Expertise in C++ and experience with FPGA hardware and Agile DevOps practices are essential.
