Coordinates end-to-end logistics for company assets and develops reporting infrastructure to improve specimen and supply movement. Manages carrier relationships, SLAs, and continuous improvement projects to optimize cost and operational efficiency.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business with 5-7 years of experience in transportation planning. Experience with carrier contracting, Lean methodologies, and healthcare/lab logistics is preferred.

Job Summary:
This role coordinates logistics for assets across company-wide operations and provides active analytics partnering and leading in improving specimen and supply movement. The position owns the end-to-end development of reporting infrastructure, uses data to identify trends and inbound/outbound inefficiencies, and partners cross-functionally to implement solutions that improve efficiency, service, and cost-effectiveness. The work directly supports operational performance and has a measurable impact on NMS Labs’ bottom line.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
