Overview
We are hiring a Global Analytics Director to help shape the future of measurement, insight, and decision-making across a diverse portfolio of international clients. This is a highly influential leadership role where you'll combine strategic thinking, technical expertise, and client consultancy to unlock growth opportunities through data. Working closely with teams across our global network, you'll help organisations make smarter decisions, build scalable analytics solutions, and create meaningful business impact. If you're passionate about turning complex data into clear direction and developing talented teams along the way, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
Lead analytics strategy across multiple regional and global client accounts, aligning measurement approaches to business objectives and campaign outcomes.
Build trusted partnerships with clients and senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that support decision-making.
Oversee the development of scalable reporting ecosystems, dashboards, and performance frameworks that provide clear, business-focused insights.
Guide and develop analytics teams through hiring, coaching, capability building, and ongoing professional development.
Establish governance frameworks, quality standards, and operating models that improve data consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional specialists across Planning, Media, Programmatic, Search, Social, Data Science, Technology, and Client Services to embed analytics throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Champion innovation by exploring opportunities to leverage automation, AI, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance performance and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
Experience leading analytics, measurement, reporting, or data governance functions within complex or multi-market environments.
Strong understanding of media measurement, attribution, experimentation, incrementality, and performance analysis.
Experience designing and implementing reporting solutions using platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Datorama, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and confidently communicate analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience recruiting, developing, and supporting high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
Proficiency in analytical techniques and tools such as SQL, Python, R, or comparable technologies.
A strategic and curious mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and solving business challenges through data.
