The Fiber Splicer is responsible for splicing, terminating, and testing fiber-optic connections for new constructions and service setups. They also perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on damaged cables within the outside plant network.
Candidates should have 2+ years of fiber splicing experience and knowledge of fiber optic theory and testing equipment. The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to pass a DOT physical, and the willingness to travel extensively and work in various outdoor or confined environments.
