The Business Systems Analyst acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. They are responsible for documenting product logic, coordinating QA and UAT, and performing technical research to ensure data product accuracy.
Candidates should have 3–5+ years of experience in a business systems analyst role with strong SQL skills and experience in data product initiatives. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in requirements documentation and collaboration tools like JIRA.

About the Role:
The Business Systems Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams translating business and data needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. This role supports ARI’s data and product initiatives through requirements analysis, functional specifications, product logic documentation, QA and user acceptance testing—to ensure data products and enhancements are accurate and reliable. The Business Systems Analyst also performs hands-on technical research using SQL, code, and data structures, partnering closely with the data and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
This position operates remotely with flexibility, requiring occasional in-person attendance for key meetings and collaborations as determined by leadership
