Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with specific knowledge of OSP overhead wireline drafting. A high school diploma is required, while an associate degree or higher is preferred.

Location: Remote
Sigma Technologies is seeking a Drafting Supervisor with telecommunications drafting and design experience to lead a team supporting Outside Plant (OSP) projects. If you enjoy developing people, coordinating work, and staying involved in technical production, we have an attractive opportunity for you!
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will oversee daily team activities while also performing drafting and design work alongside your team. You will help set priorities, monitor performance, and ensure work meets project specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
This position is remote. New hires are required to attend an initial two-week, paid, in-person orientation and training period at our headquarters in Perrysburg, OH. You must be available during core work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Some work in the evenings may be required as duties demand.
