Objetivo del puesto
Buscamos unx Desarrolladorx Salesforce que se sume al equipo de tecnología para evolucionar la plataforma de CRM, integrarla con el resto del ecosistema digital (sitio web, marketing automation, sistemas académicos, etc) y construir las soluciones que habilitan nuestra estrategia de admisiones, retención y vinculación.
No buscamos a alguien que solo "configure" Salesforce: queremos a una persona que proponga arquitecturas limpias y escriba código.
Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones en Salesforce (Sales Cloud y Service Cloud) usando Apex, LWC, Flows y Triggers.
Construir integraciones entre Salesforce y plataformas externas vía REST/SOAP APIs, middleware y herramientas de marketing automation.
Traducir necesidades de áreas como Admisiones, Marketing y Servicios Escolares en soluciones técnicas concretas.
Hacer code reviews, documentar arquitecturas y mantener buenas prácticas de despliegue (sandboxes, CI/CD, control de versiones).
Identificar deuda técnica y proponer planes de mejora continua de la plataforma.
Más de 3 años desarrollando sobre Salesforce, con dominio sólido de Apex, SOQL, LWC y Flow Builder.
Experiencia con integraciones (REST, JSON, autenticación OAuth) y manejo de límites de la plataforma (governor limits).
Conocimientos generales de arquitectura de bases de datos: modelado de datos, procesos de migración, manejo de bases relacionales (Postgres u otras) y comprensión de cómo se conectan con el modelo de datos de Salesforce.
Familiaridad con herramientas de despliegue: Salesforce CLI, Git, sandboxes y change sets o, idealmente, CI/CD.
Capacidad para conversar con áreas no técnicas y traducir requerimientos ambiguos en historias de usuario claras.
Inglés técnico de lectura (documentación, foros, Trailhead).
Deseable Experiencia en:
Certificaciones Salesforce (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder).
Marketing Cloud, Pardot/Account Engagement,. Education Cloud y/o portales para alumnos/egresados.
Metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban): planning, dailies, refinements y manejo de historias de usuario en herramientas como Jira o equivalentes.
Reportar cualquier situación que ponga en riesgo la calidad del servicio o la reputación de la Institución.
