We're looking for an Assistant II to join our People Technology Services team and help us deliver exceptional HR technology support. If you're tech-savvy, service-oriented, and excited about helping people navigate digital HR solutions, this role is for you.
What will you do?
Support the implementation and daily operation of HR technology platforms to ensure smooth system performance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR software and tools
Train HR teams and employees on new digital solutions and best practices
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support system integrity and compliance
