Lead the operational and commercial aspects of the fiber and OSP construction division, owning P&L performance and project delivery. Manage client and subcontractor relationships while overseeing field operations and team development for FTTH deployments.
Requires over 10 years of experience in OSP/fiber construction with 3-5 years in a leadership role. Must have a proven track record of managing P&L, subcontractor performance, and complex fiber deployment environments.
As Director/VP of Fiber Construction, you will serve as the senior operational and commercial leader for Maverick's fiber and OSP construction division. You will own project delivery, P&L performance, client relationships, subcontractor relationships, and team development across active and pipeline programs — including FTTH deployments, OSP buildouts, and make-ready construction. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership and a seat at the table as we execute our strategic growth plan. The role is based out of our Boston HQ with regular travel to active job sites, client offices, and field crews across our project footprint.
