Role and Responsibilities | We are seeking an experienced Human Services Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bridge the gap between policy mandates and technical execution. In this role, you will leverage your deep operational and policy knowledge of federal and state benefit programs—specifically SNAP, TANF, WIC, and EBT system integrations—to guide project strategy, define functional requirements, and ensure our software solutions comply with USDA-FNS and HHS regulations.
