Requires a valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of orthopedic experience and board certification in Orthopedics or Sports Medicine.
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in our mission by delivering evidence-based physical therapy services to a diverse patient population with a range of orthopedic conditions.
Our patient base primarily includes working-age individuals—from young adults through their late 60s and early 70s—many of whom qualify for Medicaid but lack employer-sponsored coverage. While we also care for teens, children (ages 9+), and older adults, these populations are seen less frequently.
