As a Salesforce Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will contribute to optimizing operational efficiency and enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills across various Salesforce applications, assisting clients in achieving their strategic goals. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Implementing Salesforce applications, including Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, to support client strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize business processes through innovative design and technology integration
- Developing training materials to facilitate effective use of Salesforce applications
- Supporting enterprise integration and technology implementation projects to improve client systems
- Engaging in project architecture and budgeting to align Salesforce solutions with client business models
- Utilizing technical consultation skills to address client challenges and deliver impactful solutions
- Participating in systems project management to validate successful deployment of Salesforce applications
- Applying intellectual curiosity and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Lightning
- Utilizing skills in Business Process Modeling and Enterprise Integration
- Engaging in Application Software and Technology Implementation projects
- Developing training materials for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Participating in Systems Project Management and Technical Consultation
- Excelling in innovative design and emerging technologies
