About The Role

We're building a community that brings together business owners, founders, CFOs, and finance leaders on Vivid's own platforms — a members' space, webinars, and CFO Clubs. As Community Lead, you'll own this end-to-end: growing an engaged community of our ideal customers and turning it into an acquisition channel for Vivid Business.

You'll report to our Head of Growth and work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product to build a virtuous circle — an engaged community that drives brand, qualified leads, and new business, reducing our dependence on paid acquisition. This is a strategic, build-from-scratch role for someone who has built or scaled a community with clear commercial intent.

Your Mission

Community building

• Set up and run the online space (Discord/Slack) for our ICP members — business owners, founders, CFOs, and finance leaders — and grow active, high-quality membership.

Events & content

• Own the event engine — webinars, CFO Clubs, executive dinners, and workshops — in coordination with Marketing and Sales.

• Drive engagement and retention through content and programs, including member-co-created content; increase activity, stickiness, and retention.

Pipeline & revenue

• Connect community to pipeline: design nurture programs, build clean hand-offs of qualified leads to Sales, and build attribution from community to utilisations and revenue.

Insights & reporting

• Surface member insights to Product, Sales, and Marketing to sharpen our offer and messaging.

• Measure and report on community health and its commercial impact — leads, SQLs, utilisations, and referrals.

Your Profile

• Proven track record in B2B community building with clear commercial intent — you can point to membership, engagement, or pipeline numbers you've moved.

• Strong background in content-led growth and event operations, from webinar production to in-person dinners and workshops.

• Hands-on experience running a community platform (Discord, Slack, or similar) as an admin/moderator, not just as a member.

• Working knowledge of CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) to track leads and attribution.

• Deep familiarity or affinity with the tech and finance leader persona (CFO, Finance Ops, founders) — you know what they care about and how they talk.

• Strong stakeholder management across Marketing, Sales, and Product; comfortable operating cross-functionally.

• Fluent in English; German is a plus

Nice to have

• An existing network or credibility among CFOs, founders, or finance leaders.

• Background in fintech or B2B SaaS.

• Comfort with community/marketing analytics — funnel metrics and attribution modeling.

Compensation range

Final compensation is determined individually, based on your experience, skills and the scope of the role, assessed against objective, gender-neutral criteria.
