The RN will provide nursing care in accordance with physician-authorized treatment plans and perform physical assessments for home health patients. They are responsible for documenting patient conditions via electronic charting and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in Missouri or a Compact state and possess a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Experience in Home Health or Critical Care is preferred, along with the ability to pass background and drug screenings.
As a Phoenix RN, you will be the first point of contact between a patient and hospital. Our Home Health RNs should possess strong skills in physical assessment, diagnostic interpretation, and communication to formulate an individualized plan of care according to physician orders that incorporates the analysis of initial assessment. Working alongside other nurses, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist and or Occupational Therapist.
