The Campaign Development Director is responsible for leading staff teams and managing volunteer committees to execute peer-to-peer fundraising strategies. They will drive revenue growth by cultivating high-impact donors and maintaining strong relationships within the designated market area.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and have 7-8 years of relevant professional experience. A proven track record of success in team leadership and fundraising is required for this role.

Summary: As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role is accountable for leading multiple staff teams and is able to build & maintain strong relationships with constituents while implementing innovative peer to peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals for Blood Cancer United's mission, within a designated market area. Relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.
