This role is responsible for driving revenue by building virtual relationships with fundraising volunteers for peer-to-peer products. The specialist will conduct targeted outreach and manage multiple markets to achieve specific fundraising goals.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of related peer-to-peer fundraising experience. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to work specific evening and weekend hours are required.

Summary: As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role is responsible for directly driving revenue by building virtual relationships with fundraising volunteers for peer-to-peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals for Blood Cancer United's mission. Relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.
MUST be able to work Mon - Thurs 1pm-9pm PST, and have weekend availability

We are excited to share the base pay range for this hourly paid, non-exempt position is $28/hr ($50K/yr) to $30/hr ($54K/yr). The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at Blood Cancer United we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
