The Memory Care Program Coordinator develops and supports person-centered programming for residents living with Alzheimer's and dementia. They also partner with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident quality of life and provide training and coaching to staff.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, along with professional experience in memory care or social services. Candidates must have a strong background in dementia care and a commitment to person-centered practices.
Experience working with residents living with Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia in a long-term care setting is required.
