Responsibilities
The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide direct and consultative services in accordance with student IEPs and complete necessary evaluations and assessments. They will also monitor IEP goals, maintain documentation, and participate in virtual team meetings with staff and families.

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current Nebraska SLP license or the ability to obtain one. Previous school-based experience is required, and familiarity with virtual service delivery is preferred.

Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Nebraska
Immediate Start | Full Time | Maternity Leave Coverage | Fully Virtual
MIYO Health is urgently seeking a Nebraska licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide full time virtual maternity leave coverage for a Nebraska school district.
This is an immediate need, with services beginning as soon as possible and continuing through winter break. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who has immediate availability and is looking for a full time, short term school based assignment that can be completed entirely from home.
Position Details
Full time hours
100% virtual
Start ASAP
Temporary maternity leave coverage through winter break
Provide direct and consultative speech and language services in accordance with student IEPs
Complete evaluations and assessments as needed
Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
Complete documentation and progress reports
Participate virtually in IEP meetings and student team meetings
Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and other related service providers
Dedicated support from the MIYO Health team throughout the assignment
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
Current Nebraska SLP license or eligibility to obtain one quickly
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence
School based experience preferred
Virtual service delivery experience is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and technology skills
Ability to begin services as soon as possible
Don't currently hold a Nebraska license? If you are licensed in another state and willing to obtain Nebraska licensure, MIYO Health will reimburse licensure costs for qualified candidates.
Previous school-based experience required
Teletherapy experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using technology and virtual service delivery platforms
