The Outpatient Therapist will conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient treatment and discharge planning. They are responsible for completing psychosocial assessments and providing comprehensive education to patients and their support systems.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in a human services field and possess a valid license such as LPC, LMFT, or LMSW. Additionally, one year of clinical experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting is required.

At West Oaks Outpatient Branches, we provide a broad continuum of outpatient mental health services for adolescents, adults and seniors. Our entire staff has been trained in a treatment model of social learning and positive reinforcement that promotes positive behaviors. Outpatient programs teach life skills and coping mechanisms intended to enrich patients’ lives. We offer a broad range of behavioral health programs for children, adolescents and adults. Treatment is offered at multiple levels of care including inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you and answer your questions about treatment options and insurance coverage.

West Oaks Outpatient Branches Houston is seeking a dedicated and positive Therapist to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. The Outpatient Therapist will work with adults and adolescents who are experiencing a range of psychological and complex life experiences. The Therapist will also be responsible for collaborating with the patient, family/support, multidisciplinary team, outside providers, and community agencies to support and coordinate treatment and discharge planning. Outpatient Therapist will be responsible for continuing their personal development to enhance practice. Works with adolescent and children.
