Deliver center-based ABA therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder using individualized treatment plans. Collect and record data on observable behaviors to track progress and collaborate with BCBAs to maintain quality standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be willing to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire. Preferred candidates possess a current RBT credential and experience working with children with developmental delays.

Behavioral Innovations was founded over 25 years ago to provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to kids diagnosed with Autism.
