The Case Manager handles a caseload of offenders on electronic monitoring, ensuring enforcement of court-ordered restrictions and program compliance. Responsibilities include conducting orientations, monitoring activity reports, and testifying in court regarding participant requirements.
Requires a high school diploma and two years of experience in criminal justice or a related field, though education may be accepted in lieu of experience. Candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

These solutions combine electronic monitoring technology, alcohol and substance abuse testing, and community-based offender management programs.

The Case Manager provides a service to the contracted Department by handling an assigned caseload of offender’s serving an alternative sentence of electronic monitoring and is primarily responsible for the comprehensive case management and enforcement of restrictions that are ordered by the Court, Probation, Parole, or Sheriff’s Department.
