Responsibilities
The BCaBA is responsible for conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing behavior support plans. They also supervise RBTs/BTs and provide guidance and support to caregivers and families.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active BCaBA certification and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills are required, with previous experience as a practicing BCaBA preferred.
