Provide withdrawal management and nursing assessments for clients with substance use and mental health disorders. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver intensive recovery services in an outpatient setting.
Requires a current RN license and experience with severe mental illness, trauma, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Preferred experience includes two years in behavioral health and one year in withdrawal management or detox.
As a Nurse at Leora you will have the opportunity to:
Provide withdrawal management for clients who are presenting with substance use withdrawal symptoms
Provide nursing assessments and nursing education for clients struggling with substance use and mental health disorders.
Work Monday-Friday, Day Shift, 8 Hour Days
Engage with a multidisciplinary team.
