Ensure the safety and security of patients, residents, and employees by patrolling the premises and monitoring surveillance equipment. Respond to emergencies, handle inquiries, and complete detailed security reports based on observations and witness statements.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, and a valid NYS Driver's License is mandatory. A New York State Licensed Unarmed Security Guard Card and at least two years of security experience are preferred.
Helio Health is on a mission to promote recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other behavioral health issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, the Guest Services/Security will ensure safety of the patients/residents, and employees. This position will work out of our Insights of Helio Health program located in Utica, NY.
This position will be scheduled Monday-Thursday, 12:00pm-8:30pm, and Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a $1,500 Sign-On incentive!
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour.
