Deliver classroom and online training sessions focused on the BFSI domain, including banking operations and insurance products. Manage student progress through assessments, provide career guidance, and support community outreach and mobilization drives.
Requires 1-3 years of experience with strong knowledge of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector. Must possess excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and proficiency in MS Office.
Deliver classroom and online training sessions in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.
Prepare session plans, training materials, assessments, and practical activities as per curriculum guidelines.
Train students on banking operations, insurance products, financial services, customer handling, sales, and digital banking concepts.
Conduct interactive learning sessions including role plays, case studies, mock interviews, and presentations.
Ensure student attendance, participation, discipline, and learning outcomes.
Conduct pre-assessments and post-assessments to track student progress.
Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and placement readiness support to students.
Maintain attendance records, MIS reports, assessments, feedback forms, and training documentation.
Coordinate with placement and mobilization teams for student enrollment and job opportunities.
Support field activities, community outreach, mobilization drives, counselling sessions, and awareness campaigns for student enrollment.
Support center activities and parent counseling whenever required.
Strong knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector.
Good understanding of banking products, insurance, KYC, customer service, and sales processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Good command of MS Office and digital learning tools.
Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
Ability to motivate and mentor youth for employment opportunities.
Knowledge of BFSI certifications like NISM/NCFM will be an added advantage.

NIIT Foundation (NF) is a not-for-profit education society set up by the promoters of NIIT in 2004. It's mission is to positively impact the underprivileged of the country through educational initiatives and employability skill development programs. To achieve this, NF runs various grassroots initiatives in partnership with other corporates. We set up skill development centres in urban and rural areas that offer placement support to all eligible students. We provide digital and financial literacy programs. We also install Hole-in-the-Wall Learning Stations to bridge the digital divide. In addition, NF supports other NGOs to build their capacity.
