The Home Health Registered Nurse provides personalized, one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, wound care, and medication management. They collaborate with physicians to develop individualized care plans and oversee the documentation of Home Health Aides.
Candidates must have current Registered Nurse licensure, CPR certification, and experience in Med-Surg, ICU, or ER settings. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel to patient homes.
As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will:
Required Qualifications:
Med surg, ICU, ER, or acute experience
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure
Current CPR certification
Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
One year nursing experience
Home Health experience
Pay Per Visit/Unit Rate
$54.00 - $75.00

TB Statement:
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
Driving Statement:
This role is part of Humana's driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and are expected to maintain personal vehicle liability insurance. Individual must carry vehicle insurance in accordance with their residing state minimum required limits, or $25,000 bodily injury per person/$25,000 bodily injury per event /$10,000 for property damage or whichever is higher.
