Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation ensures accurate tracking of patient progress and compliance with regulatory standards. Empathy and active listening enables the coordinator to engage effectively with patients and families from diverse backgrounds in fast-paced clinic settings. Additionally, skills in data analysis support participation in quality improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
