The Memory Care Program Director supervises the care delivered by associates and develops meaningful relationships with residents. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality care and promoting tranquility within the memory care neighborhood.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in assisted living or memory care, preferably in a managerial role. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong knowledge of state regulations and proficiency in computer systems.
