The Registered Nurse will provide compassionate care to patients in home and facility settings across multiple counties. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and documenting clinical activities to ensure high-quality support.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved school of professional nursing and hold a current license from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners. Strong critical thinking, communication skills, and the ability to address the physical and psychosocial needs of terminally ill patients are required.

Your Life as a Registered Nurse-Homecare
Your role is very important to our patients and organization. We meet our patients where they are and this position will serve our patients in Wichita, Archer, Clay, Jack, Montague, and Young counties. We will rely on you to ensure that all patients you visit have addressed any nursing needs or determine the need for other team members to assist. To achieve this you will assist the patient or family in determining the best plan of care that meets their needs. We are a team and it is your role to direct other team members and ensure that they are exceeding our patient's expectations. We want to share your extraordinary care and need to make sure that we are able to process billing. You are responsible for documenting your care and ensuring your team members are as well. This documentation should paint the picture of your patient, so if another team member is given the honor of serving that patient they are aware of their expectation and know what is currently working. Your focus will always be on what is your patient's greatest need and providing "Care, Hope, and Support for all when Illness threatens life." As a Registered Nurse, your goal should be that your patient's experience is the memory of their loved one.
