The Physical Therapist will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients within a home health setting. They are responsible for coordinating patient care, providing clinical treatments, and training caregivers to enhance patient performance.
Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and possess a current state-issued professional license. Pediatric clinical experience and home health experience are preferred, along with a valid driver's license and CPR certification.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, organize, and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy for pediatric patients within the home health setting. They will direct the patient and the caregiver in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and/or enhance performance.

Pay Range for this role is $60-75 per session and is based on skill set and experience.
