The Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant will implement rehabilitation plans of care and conduct routine home visits to evaluate patient needs. They are responsible for communicating patient condition changes to the clinical team and ensuring accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Candidates must be a graduate of a certified occupational therapy curriculum and hold a current, unrestricted COTA certification. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and a valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle are required.
