JOB DESCRIPTION:
The CCBHC Linkage and Engagement Provider is primarily responsible for connecting clients, families, and community partners to essential resources. This role includes providing emergency mental health consultations and ensuring follow-up appointments are made when clinically appropriate. The position requires active participation in cross-functional teams and performance improvement initiatives, with a focus on making informed decisions that enhance client care.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field, or Bachelor’s Degree with MHP Status.
Experience working with the public or a demonstrated interest to work with different population.
Certification/Licensure
Position requires valid driver’s license and safe driving record. CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
