The technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and decommissioning data center equipment while adhering to safety and security protocols. They will manage assigned tickets to meet SLAs and KPIs under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic knowledge of computer hardware. Preferred qualifications include IT support experience and certifications such as CompTIA A+, Server+, or Network+.

This opportunity will allow you to develop an understanding of our Data Center environment, familiarize yourself with security and data management procedures, and accelerate your career growth in the process.

Required Qualifications
Completed High/Secondary School, GED, an apprenticeship/vocational qualification, or equivalent experience and basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
