The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of company properties through preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs. They perform a variety of building maintenance tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC servicing while ensuring safety standards are met.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of maintenance experience and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. The role requires travel to multiple sites in the Harrisburg area and proficiency in various trade skills.
The Maintenance Technician (MTN), Operations is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of company’s property in accordance with all company/local/state/Federal safety laws and regulations. The MTN is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property including the physical grounds, custodial, preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency. This position is also responsible for assisting the FMG with their day to day responsibilities in maintaining a safe and operational environment at all company locations.
