The Operations Manager oversees LTL transportation operations, managing up to 450 employees to ensure efficient freight movement and safety compliance. Key duties include dock planning, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining strong customer relationships while directing staff performance and training.
Candidates should have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and ideally 5+ years of supervisory experience in LTL service centers. Must be able to work 50 hours per week across any shift and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

This position is responsible to keep freight moving within safety and business guidelines while maintaining strong, positive relationships with customers.
