This role supports daily operations, event setup, basic preventative maintenance, and seasonal needs, including snow and ice removal. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to respond effectively to changing priorities and facility needs.
Salary is $54,700-$63,000 and commensurate with your experience. Democracy Prep employees are provided with a benefits package that includes medical, vision, and dental insurance, 403B matching, and parental leave.
